Hailing from the sunny beachbreaks of St. Augustine, Florida, this free wheeling Floridian has been within inches of qualifying for the prestigious Foster's ASP World Tour for the past few seasons. 2006 proved to be a banner year for Kling who came blazing out of the starting gates with back to back runner up finishes at the five and six star WQS events in Brazil. This early momentum would carry the powerful natural footer through an excellent season on the Grind placing in at 12th by year's end. With an explosive approach that seamlessly blends everything from aerials to beautiful carves to fin free bashes, Kling has a lifetime of globe trotting experiences under his belt and will be looking to put them to the test in his rookie season on the Dream Tour. It's taken the 26 year old a few tries to get to this elite level so you can bet dimes to dollars he'll make the most of it. Often underrated and devastatingly fluid, Kling could prove the silent assassin amongst 2007's swath of rookies.
